Your screener answers

Your answers and results stay in your browser. The screener saves your answers in session storage so you can move between steps and view your results in the same browser session. It does not send your individual answers to our servers. Retaking the screener clears the saved answers. Your browser normally clears session storage when you close the tab or window.

If you choose to download a summary PDF, it is generated on your device from those answers. We do not receive a copy. Once downloaded, the PDF stays wherever you save or share it.

Messages and feedback

If you use the Contact form or the Send Feedback button, we receive the message and the contact details you provide. The Contact form asks for an email address; your name is optional. The Send Feedback button asks for a message; your email is optional. When the form service is available, these messages are delivered through EmailJS. If it is unavailable, the feedback button opens your email app instead, and your message is sent only if you choose to send that email. Please avoid including sensitive medical details unless you are comfortable sharing them in an email.

Site analytics

When analytics is enabled, we use PostHog to understand visits and how people use the site. This includes page views and actions such as starting or finishing the screener, downloading a PDF, or copying a template. A screener completion event can include a result category, symptom count, and whether a recent illness was reported, but not your individual answers or the text you type into forms. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are turned off, and the site respects your browser's Do Not Track setting. If analytics is not configured, these events are not sent.
